Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible:
- Full Refund: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 15 full days prior to your scheduled check-in date.
- 50% Refund: For cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled check-in date, a 50% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.
- No-shows or early departures will not be eligible for a refund.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Limitation of Liability
By staying at our property or using our services (including but not limited to tours, transportation, and car rentals), you acknowledge and agree that Ruta Verde B&B and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, loss of valuables, or any other loss that may occur during your stay or participation in any activities arranged by us.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel, accommodation, and participation in related activities. It is your responsibility to secure appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Tours and Transportation
We may assist in arranging tours, transportation, and other services with third-party providers. While we strive to partner with reputable operators, we act only as agents and assume no responsibility for the acts or omissions of these third-party providers. Any claims related to these services must be directed to the respective provider. Travel times and schedules are subject to change due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Guest Responsibility
