William Vargas’ journey in hospitality began in 1999, when he joined his father and brother to start a family-run business in Costa Rica. What began as driving and guiding tours for international visitors quickly grew into a passion for creating unforgettable experiences. Day by day, William learned the language of hospitality and the art of understanding what travelers truly want: comfort, adventure, and a genuine connection to Costa Rica.
Over nearly two decades working with hotels and tour groups, William honed his ability to anticipate guests’ needs, crafting personalized itineraries and creating moments that leave lasting memories. From airport pickup to a warm welcome at local lodges, William ensures every detail is taken care of, offering visitors a seamless, stress-free introduction to the beauty and culture of Costa Rica.
